Lauren Brown

Brown has been raised the majority of her life in a rural Welsh town of Risca, 6 miles away from Newport. After studying at her local Comprehensive School went on to study a BTEC Course at Crosskeys College for two years. After those two years of study, went on to study a bachelors degree in Fine Art at the Swansea College of Art for 3 years.

Berlin is known for it's rich history when it comes to reminding us of the city's turbulent Holocaust Museum and Memorial Attractions. Brown captures the presence of vulnerability in a moment of time, which visitors experience an interactive exhibited piece to represent the echoes of the lost souls of the Jewish people. Each step setting a haunting reminder of the fates of the Jewish community living in Second World War Germany.
